One Community Now is the premier healing arts and education center of the Roanoke Valley. Founded by Tabitha Cain, Rob Arana and Patrice Freeland, the focus of OCN is to give everyone a place where we can come together to support the healing and balance in each of us as individuals and for all of us as part of the collective of all living beings.
OCN is the home of some of the region's most talented wellness providers and teachers that are ready to help you along your journey. We offer classes, workshops and groups multiple times a week on a variety of topics. If you have something you would like to teach or share, please let us know! We would love to have you!
